{"id":896,"date":"2013-02-01T04:09:04","date_gmt":"2013-02-01T04:09:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.antropologiavisual.com.ar\/?p=896"},"modified":"2014-11-01T18:15:05","modified_gmt":"2014-11-01T18:15:05","slug":"rouch-after-rouch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.antropologiavisual.com.ar\/en\/rouch-after-rouch\/","title":{"rendered":"ROUCH AFTER ROUCH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ROUCH AFTER ROUCH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reframing a Legacy.\u00a0 New York University, Feb 1, 2013<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participamos como observadores de este interesante evento que reuni\u00f3 a colaboradores directos de Jean Rouch como Francoise Foucault (Comit\u00e9 du Film Ethnographique de Paris), y a investigadores que trabajan en el an\u00e1lisis de su obra desde hace muchos a\u00f1os como Paul Henley (University of Manchester), Paul Stoller (West Chester University), Robert Stam ((NYU) entre otros investigadores j\u00f3venes que presentaron interesant\u00edsimas ponencias: Sam Di Iorio (Hunter College), Zoe Graham (NYU), Jamie Berthe (NYU).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organizadas y coordinadas por Faye Guinsbur y Pegi Vail ambas pertenecientes al Center for Media, Culture and History de NYU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fue una jornada muy rica en an\u00e1lisis de la obra de Rouch y amplificadora de sus efectos y de sus or\u00edgenes, tanto f\u00edlmicos como te\u00f3ricos. Trabajos como \u201cI think that we\u2019re (still) in trouble: Chronique in Retrospect\u201d que decortica \u201cChronique d\u2019un \u00e9t\u00e9\u201d 50 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de P.Henley, o el de P.Stoller \u201cRouch, memory and the owners of truth\u201d junto con \u201cOn archives and dreams: images and imaginins of Jean Rouch\u201d de F.Foucault, permiten profundizar en reflexiones no s\u00f3lo sobre su inmensa obra (desde un punto de vista cuantitativo y cualitativo) sino sobre su supervivencia.
